"Pian del Ciampolo" is a red wine based on Sangiovese of great impact, vinified in cement tanks and aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The fruity aromas of forest fruits and floral notes of violet give way in the finish to light spicy and toasted hints that create a dynamic and original olfactory profile. The taste is fresh and clean, with dense tannins and a fairly persistent finish.
