"Pianelli di Mammi" is a red wine from the province of Arezzo, produced by the Tanganelli winery. A blend of three different grape varieties, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, and the malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, before being moved to age for 6 months in steel. Intense ruby red in the glass, it is a wine that releases complex aromas of berries and chocolate. It pairs well with traditional Tuscan dishes.
