Casalforte's Pinot Grigio is now a typical expression of this international grape variety, which has found an original style in the Triveneto region. Vinification in steel preserves the aromatic profile, interwoven with aromas of pink grapefruit, sage and delicate iodine nuances. On the palate, it is intense and fresh, with a soft structure that finishes with savoury notes. Ideal with light dishes, it pairs perfectly with a seafood salad
