The Pinot Noir “850” by Rosset is an intense and mountainous red, mineral and territorial. Pinot Noir has found a new dimension in the Alpine arch and Rosset excellently expresses the Valle d'Aosta style. On the nose, there are notes of ripe red fruits and delicate spices, which blend with elegant hints of violet. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and savory, but also full-bodied and refined. With great persistence, it is a perfect Pinot to accompany spicy meat stews.
