The Pinot Noir Aia Vecchia is an elegant expression of Pinot Noir produced in Tuscany, in Massa Marittima, where Fabrizio Niccolaini and Patrizia Bartolaini, who were already making wine with the Massa Vecchia winery, purchased and restored an old farmhouse, planting half a hectare of Pinot Noir. Vinified in cement and aged in glass amphorae, this Pinot Noir gives a rich, juicy, savory and slightly astringent sip, while the nose offers scents of berries, herbaceous and balsamic hints. A rarity, with a very limited run, to be kept for special occasions
