The Pinot Noir "Mobi" by Pietro Torti is an elegant Pinot that comes from Oltrepò Pavese, an area where this grape variety has found a comfortable home. The winery works this grape artisanally to produce different types of wines and the "Mobi" is the most refined red, with as much as 12 months in oak barrels. On the nose, fine aromas of raspberry and cherry are followed by spicy notes and aromatic herbs on the finish. On the palate, it is subtle yet intense, truly elegant, with a pleasantly savory finish.
