Pinot Noir 'Pinuar' Radiz Les Cretes 2025

The ‘Pinuar’ Radiz Pinot Noir is the result of a collaboration between Les Crêtes and Callmewine, set against the backdrop of heroic viticulture in the mountains of the Upper Aosta Valley. This Pinot Noir is characterised by its aromatic profile. A brief cryomaceration precedes maceration and fermentation, both of which take place in stainless steel tanks. On the nose, it offers notes of blackberry, redcurrant and raspberry, with a finish of undergrowth and red flowers. On the palate, it is elegant and refined, supported by structured yet delicate tannins. Ideal with grilled meats or matured cheeses from the Aosta Valley
