The Pinot Noir "Ponkler" is the latest arrival from Franz Haas, dedicated to Francesco Arrigoni who described it as the "Pinot Noir with a soul". It takes its name from the vineyard of the same name from which the grapes come, at 350 meters above sea level, and is aged for almost 3 years between barrique and bottle. The organoleptic profile is deep and concentrated, with star anise and berries prominent, offering a full-bodied and tannic sip, with a long and persistent finish.
