The Pinot Noir Reserve "Praepositus" from the ancient Alto Adige winery Abbazia di Novacella is a red wine that surprises with its elegance and sinuosity. The grapes of the eponymous vine are vinified in purity and aged for 24 months in French barriques and tonneaux, only after a 12-month rest in the bottle are they ready to be tasted. The ruby red color tinged with pink introduces a rich and intense olfactory profile with scents of underbrush and sweet spices. The taste is sumptuous, decisive, and envelops the palate in a velvety cloak
