Pinot Noir 'Nature' Rieffel 2022

The Pinot Noir "Nature" by Rieffel is an Alsatian red made from biodynamically grown Pinot Noir grapes, produced with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention. A drinkable and fragrant version, subjected to a semi-carbonic maceration to extract fresh fruity notes: raspberries, cherries, flowers macerated with hints of champignon mushroom on the finish. Very fresh and aromatic on the palate, it presents a slight rusticity that highlights its artisanal nature, very pleasant thanks to its pronounced drinkability. A great glou-glou!
