Poggi Alti is obtained from Vermentino with small contact with the skins. The grapes are selected from the hill Santa Caterina and it's aged in only steel tanks. The smeel is intense and complex: the yellow fruits is the protagonist followed by floreal and citrus scents. The flavour is stable and intense, good smoothness is balanced by strong freshness.
