“Poggio de’ Paoli” is a rich, articulated and very gastronomic Tuscan red wine, born from a different red grape types, with an aging in steel tanks, tonnaux and big oak barrels. The aromtic profile is rich in floral and fruity scents combined to tones of underbush, roots and humus. The taste is structured and persistent but also taught and very fresh.
