The "Portulano" is a soft, intense, and elegant red wine from Salento, made from Negroamaro grapes and, in small percentage, from Malvasia Nera, aged in large oak barrels. It emanates a spicy, fruity, and Mediterranean aromatic spectrum, with nuances of berries, licorice, and wild spices. The taste is balanced, full-bodied, and persistent.
