The Primitivo by Marco Ludovico is a red wine from Puglia coming from the Murgia area that ages for 14 months in steel for 85% of the mass and the remainder in used Slavonian oak barriques. It dresses in a sparkling and dark ruby red and expresses a Mediterranean and juicy organoleptic personality, conveyed by aromas of cherries, plums, Mediterranean scrub, pine resin, and Virginia tobacco. On the palate, it is velvety and refreshing, with smooth tannins and persistent savoriness.
