The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “Cuvée di Boj” Valdo is one of the most representative labels of the winery, perfect for understanding the concept that Valdo has of Prosecco DOCG. It is a long Metodo Martinotti, born from a very careful selection of Glera grapes in the vineyard, capable of expressing itself with fine and clear aromas, anticipating a tasty and dynamic sip, in which the taste flows with speed and ease, presenting an excellent taste-olfactory coherence. A prestigious Venetian bubble, whose price is accessible to everyone.

This “Cuvée di Boj” by Valdo is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut made from Glera grapes, selected from an ancient locality called “valle dei buoi”, located in San Pietro di Barbozza. We are in a clayey and calcareous soil, at an altitude between 200 and 400 meters above sea level, with a southern exposure. The grapes are softly pressed, and fermentation takes place in steel containers; the subsequent sparkling process takes place in autoclave, following the production principles dictated by the Metodo Martinotti, for a total of five months.

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “Cuvée di Boj” made by Valdo presents itself to the eye with a bright straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and long-lasting perlage. The aromas that envelop the nose are moderately intense, and move on the classic varietal notes of white-fleshed fruit and flowers. On the palate, it is light-bodied, smooth, and lively, with a sip characterized by a fruity and fresh taste, which facilitates the flow of the drink. A label that undoubtedly represents the highest expression of the typicity achieved by the Valdobbiadene area, a zone strongly suited due to its extraordinary territorial characteristics.
