The Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Brut di Gregoletto is a wine produced with Glera grapes, selected from a hill where the aging is longer, the aromas are more developed and there is a higher acidity. Label with a delicate and persistent perlage, it is presented in the glass with a fresh and delicate aroma of fruit such as apple, pear and citrus fruits that weaken into floral notes. The mouthfeel remains balanced, dry and savory

The Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Brut by Gregoletto is the label that represents the most modern version of the traditional Sparkling Wine from the Marca Trevigiana, usually offered with the generous Extra-Dry sugar dosage, which gives a smooth and soft sip. For the production of the Brut, the winery selects only the grapes from the best-exposed vineyards, capable of bringing perfectly ripe, balanced, and rich grapes, which naturally express harmonious wines with intense fruity aromas. For its characteristics, it is a perfect bottle to enjoy with seafood appetizers, vegetable-based risottos, and delicate steamed fish dishes.

The Valdobbiadene Brut Prosecco Conegliano is a pure expression of the Valdobbiadene territory. The Gregoletto winery is located in Premaor di Miane and has been managing an estate with beautiful vineyards cultivated on valuable calcareous soils for several generations. The harvest is done manually in small crates to avoid damaging the integrity of the grapes during transport to the winery. The best bunches are pressed very very delicate. After a brief static cold decantation, the must is started to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C. After a short aging in steel, the base wines are transferred to autoclaves for the sparkling process and the second fermentation, which takes place according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method.

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Brut Gregoletto is one of the bottles of the denomination that best interprets the character of the territory, highlighting the excellent quality of the grapes and the precision in the processing process. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color with brilliant greenish reflections. The perlage is of good fineness and continuity. Elegant and refined, it is characterized by a bouquet that expresses floral aromas of orange blossom, hawthorn, aromatic herbs, citrus fragrances of lime and grapefruit, aromas of green apple, pear, and white peach. On the palate, it offers a savory sip, with pleasantly ripe and rich fruit, which anticipates a harmonious and fresh finish.
