Bolla's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut comes from an iconic area for sparkling wine production. After a few months in autoclaves for frothing, the wine is ready to be bottled with a small addition of sugar. This allows the development of a sweetish but at the same time clean and fresh sip, accompanied by hints of fruit and white flowers. Very drinkable, it is the ideal companion for aperitifs with delicate meats
