The sip is refined, juicy, lively, and very fresh, tickled by a fine and refined perlage.

The Prosecco Rosé Brut by Paladin is a sparkling wine born from the wave of the worldwide success of Prosecco and the growing appreciation for rosé wines internationally. It is a new version of Prosecco made with Glera grapes, to which a small percentage of Pinot Nero is added, contributing delicate aromas of small berries and a more significant structure to the wine. It is an original and contemporary rosé sparkling wine, dedicated to a clientele always in search of novelties and who loves to experiment with new tastes. Fresh and fragrant, it expresses a youthful style, suited for a convivial and carefree consumption.

The Prosecco Rosé Brut sparkling wine by Paladin is born in the vineyards of the company estate in Annone Veneto, located in the countryside of the province of Venice. The mild climate and the soils composed of clay and limestone have always been very suitable for viticulture. At the end of the harvest, which occurs at different times following the ripening of the grapes, the Glera bunches are softly pressed and the must is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.of stainless steel. The Pinot Nero, on the other hand, is vinified in red with the classic fermentation and maceration on the skins. After a few months of aging, the base wines are transferred to autoclave for the sparkling process and the second fermentation, which takes place using the Martinotti or Charmat Method. After about two months, the wine is ready to be bottled and put on the market.

The Prosecco Brut Rosé by Paladin is a highly anticipated sparkling wine. Due to its characteristics, it is suitable for quickly conquering space among the most requested aperitifs on the market or to be enjoyed at the table paired with seafood appetizers of simple and delicate flavors.
