It has elicate and pleasant perfumes of citrus peel, white roses amnd fresh fruits. The flavour is lively, taught, refreshing, very dry and elegant

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Brut “26 Primo” from the Andreola winery is a fresh and pleasant wine produced in Col San Martino in the province of Treviso. The Valdobbiadene Superiore Prosecco “26 Primo” is made from pure Glera grapes coming from 4 hectares of vineyards located on steep hills at an altitude between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. The vines are cultivated using a modified cap system on glacial origin soils with clayey and sandy substrates. The winery, founded in 1984, is now managed by the second generation with Stefano Pola who, without ever losing touch with his roots, is leading the family business to important collaborations with national and international realities.

The “26 Primo” Valdobbiadene Superiore is a very dry Extra-Brut, given its low sugar content, produced from grapes hand-picked between the end of September and the beginning of October. The winemaking process begins with the soft pressing of the bunches followed by static decantation.static and controlled temperature fermentation of the must in stainless steel containers. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the base wine is added with yeasts for the second fermentation and transferred to pressurized stainless steel autoclaves where the refermentation takes place, according to the Charmat method, for a period of 30-40 days. The wine obtained is then aged in steel for a maximum of 3 months, added with liquer de tirage and bottled.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco "26 Primo" from the Andreola winery presents itself with a pale straw yellow color and an elegant, fine, and persistent perlage. On the nose, fresh fruit aromas prevail, including pear and apple, citrus notes, and floral hints of rose and acacia. On the palate, it is fragrant, very mineral and refreshing but at the same time creamy, round, and velvety. This label from Andreola is a dry sparkling wine that pairs very well with any dish.
