Bival's ‘Aldo 45’ is a fresh, creamy and balanced Prosecco Valdobbiadene Extra Dry. It undergoes a second fermentation in steel tanks according to the Martinotti-Charmat method after resting for at least 4 months on the fine lees. Aldo 45' lends itself perfectly to accompany aperitifs with its mousse and fine, persistent perlage, enveloping the palate with fruity hints of apple and peach and floral hints of wisteria and acacia
