This Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry originates from Glera grapes, cultivated with passion and dedication in the surroundings of San Pietro di Feletto. After the strictly manual harvest, the bunches are immediately transferred to the facilities dedicated to winemaking, where the grapes are destemmed and the best berries are selected. After the pressing phase, the must undergoes a first fermentation, and then referments in autoclave, following the principles of the Martinotti Method, where the sparkling process takes place in about 45 days. The final aging takes place in steel tanks, and lasts between 6 and 12 months, after which the bottling procedures are carried out.
