Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry of San Giuseppe is a Veneto sparkling wine obtained by the refermentation in autoclave of must obtained from Glera grapes. At sight it is light and bright straw yellow and expresses the fruity notes of golden apple and ripe pears, framed by details of wild flowers and aromatic herbs, while the taste is refreshing and savory, with a caressing perlage.
