Prosecco Superiore Brut di Valdobbiadene by Borgoluce is characterized by a delicate, dry and very fresh profile that recalls the beauty of the green hills of these lands. The delicate and subtle olfactory profile is synthesized by vegetal, citrus and floral sensations, with mineral and herbaceous accents. The refreshing freshness, the soft bubble, the impeccable finesse and the lightness of the sip make the tasting very drinkable, vibrant and light

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut is a dry sparkling wine of great freshness and finesse that originates from the hills of Valdobbiadene, Susegana, and Collalto. A label where the charm of the lush nature of these lands and the great passion that has driven the Borgoluce winery for years emerges. We are talking about an agricultural reality that extends over 1100 hectares of long green space where cattle and sheep graze among the expanses of meadows that connect the vineyards to the woods. A winery that has chosen from the very beginning to adopt the path of eco-sustainability and respect for the environment to produce healthy and quality wines and products. It is in this poignant and extraordinary bucolic setting that the best Glera grapes are born, the variety used to obtain this Prosecco. Gentle, generous, and delicate, it encapsulates the countryside and spring moods of these green hills and does not shy away from its main functions: to quench thirst and surprise.

The Prosecco Superiore Brut by Borgoluce is born from young vines that climb between 200-300 meters in altitude and are exposed on the east and southeast slopes. The moraine hills with clay soils and a good concentration of calcium carbonate allow for the development of light mineral sensations. The grapes are harvested slightly early to preserve all the crunchiness of the fruit. The must, obtained from a soft and delicate pressing, undergoes a brief fermentation in steel and then re-ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks according to the Charmat-Martinotti method.

The Borgoluce Superiore Brut sparkles in the glass with a straw-yellow hue with greenish reflections, crossed by a precious and fine perlage. On the nose, it stands out for its seductive texture; it is rich in vegetal, fruity, and floral vibrations that evoke the harshness of grass, the freshness of wildflowers, and recognizable juicy and tart citrus notes. On the palate, it snaps with finesse and tension, further enlivened by sapidity and minerality. Cheerful, light, and tender, it touches the palate elegantly, revealing a very pleasant and soft texture. Satisfying!
