The "Prova d'autore" is a full-bodied and intense red wine, aged for two years in barrique, which comes from a blend of Montepulciano, Sagrantino and Sangiovese, grown on the hills of Todi. The olfative profile is composed of intense notes of fruit in alcohol, cocoa brush strokes, licorice root and hints of vanilla. The taste plot shows character, power and warmth, balanced by a good tannin and a lively freshness
