The "Prova d'autore" is a full-bodied and intense red wine, aged for two years in barriques, born from a blend of Montepulciano, Sagrantino, and Sangiovese, grown on the hills of Todi. The olfactory profile is composed of intense notes of fruit in alcohol, strokes of cocoa, licorice root, and hints of vanilla. The taste profile shows character, power, and warmth, balanced by a good tannin and vibrant freshness
