The Riesling "Glou Glou de David" Vins Pirouettes by Binner is partly a classic Riesling, fresh, savory and fruity, on the other hand it is a product created to be drunk immediately. 'Les Vins Pirouettes' is a collaborative project between Christian Binner and other artisan producers in the area. Direct is intense to the nose, with hints of citrus, green apple and yellow pulp fruit, while the palate has all the characteristics of Riesling, great compactness and persistence but has great ease of drinking, as the name suggests
