Riesling "Rot-Murlé" by Pierre Frick is an exciting portrait of Alsace, vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged in ancient oak barrels for 6 months. It invites exploration by exhibiting a nose combining notes of hydrocarbons, flint, citrus, almond and crisp green apple. Alive and constantly evolving, tasting reveals its chameleon-like nature, first it pervades an intense citric freshness that over time softens and unveils all its nuances.
