The Riesling from Pratello winery is a fresh, fragrant white wine with a nice mineral balance. The nose expresses notes of herbs, hints of tropical fruit and faint hints of jasmine flowers, while the palate is straight, saline and smooth drinking. Goes well with sushi and fish crudités
