The Riesling Trentino by Agricola Mos is a white wine made from 100% Riesling Renano aged for ten months in used tonneaux. On the nose, it presents notes of apple, pear, tropical fruit, and slight hydrocarbon hints, while on the palate it is fresh, material, with good acidity. It has excellent aging potential - after resting for a few years in the cellar, it can express its simple elegance at its best.
