The "Riflesso Rosi" by Eugenio Rosi is a fragrant rosé wine obtained from a blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Marzemino, macerated for 2 days and enriched in a second step by the addition of pomace from white grapes such as Nosiola and Pinot Bianco, used to absorb the unstable pigmentation and give structure to the glass, which is smooth, unusually briny, dynamic, elegant and with a finely chiseled aromatic bouquet.
