Federici's Roma Rosso combines Montepulciano, a robust, dark grape variety, with the native Cesanese, which adds tannins and softness. It is a fresh, fragrant red wine, produced using only steel. The nose reveals intense aromas of cherry and plum with hints of fresh pepper. The palate is warm and velvety, supported by sweet and enveloping tannins. It pairs perfectly with a barbecue
