ROSÉ PET-NAT 'SCIGHERA' FIORANO DESCRIPTION

Azienda Agricola Fiorano presents Scighera Rosato Rifermentato in bottiglia, a lively and immediate sparkling rosé capable of adding zest to aperitifs or evenings in company. Agricola Fiorano, a small production company located in the municipality of Cossignano, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, stands out for its natural approach based on sustainable agriculture, culminating in organic certification. However, this artisanal production reality is not only dedicated to viticulture. In fact, it is a multifaceted farm, which in addition to authentic and territorial wines produces a delicious organic EVO oil, while also welcoming lucky visitors to its enchanting agritourism, for a bucolic experience immersed in the green countryside of southern Marche.

Scighera Agricola Fiorano's Rosato Rifermentato in bottiglia comes from red grapes grown on clay-limestone soils 270 metres above sea level, according to certified organic farming practices. Harvesting is carried out by hand and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, refermentation takes place following the ancestral method, bottling the must with still some residual sugars to be transformed. The wine is not disgorged and does not undergo sulphurisation, clarification, filtration or stabilisation.

Agricola Fiorano's Metodo Ancestrale Scighera has a brilliant light pink colour. The nose is intriguing and articulate, with notes of citrus fruits that meet sensations of red berries and flowers. The taste is fresh, lively and flowing, with a fruity and harmonious finish. Thanks to its spontaneity and ease of drinking, this sparkling rosé with a background lends itself well to being enjoyed with charcuterie boards and fresh cheeses.
