The Rosato by Calabretta is a rosé wine with the garments of a red, obtained with the archaic "track and mutta" method which involves pressing and immediate decanting without contact with the skins. The nose is the Mediterranean scrub, surrounded by small red-black fruits, floral notes and mineral tones. The sip shows freshness and minerality, combined with a rich texture of taste and matter.
