The Rosso di Montalcino "Poggio Cerrino" is a very expressive wine produced using the same techniques as Brunello but subjected to a shorter aging period in wood. With a fruity aroma, featuring hints of small red fruits and licorice, it reveals a fresh taste, pleasantly savory, and of good persistence.
