Rossomatò from Valter Mattoni Winery is a pure Grenache of great character and personality capable of evolving impeccably over time. The grapes are carefully selected and the wine is aged in wood for a long time, very few bottles are produced. The ruby red colour with purple reflections fills the glass with a silky mantle, the aromas released are reminiscent of ripe red fruit, sweet spices and hints of tobacco. The taste is soft, enveloping, with ripe tannins and a long finish.
