The Saldalama by Podere Sottoilnoce is a juicy and convival semi-sparkling wine, obtained through the refermentation in the bottle, also called ancestral method. It expresses at the nose intriguing and subtle scents of dark fruit such as blackberries and cherries, crossed by live herbaceous notes and a slight but persistent spiciness.
