The "Cosecose" from the Valter Mattoni winery is an authentic and sincere Sangiovese from the Marche region with a warm and tasty profile. The grapes come from vines with an average age of 60 years grown on predominantly clay soils, and the wine is aged in steel tanks and barriques for 6-8 months before being bottled.
