Voltumna's Sangiovese 'Querciolo' is a fresh red from the upper Tuscan Apennines. The winery works according to biodynamic principles, without added yeasts and with a slightly late harvest to enhance the character and density of the fruit. Fleshy and crisp red fruit aromas, with floral and pleasant animal hints introduce a round and soft sip. Fresh but also pleasantly warm, it offers great balance and drinkability
