The Sangiovese di Romagna "I Probi" by Villa Papiano is a deep and complex reserve red. After spontaneous fermentation, the Sangiovese grapes age for six months in steel, 12 months in tonneau and large barrel, and the same number of months in bottle. Its intense ruby color accompanies a bouquet of red fruits, underbrush, and woody notes. On the palate, it is elegant and velvety, with a pleasantly spicy and mineral finish.
