Sanzvais' Tenuta Saiano 2022

"Sanzvais", Sangiovese in Romagnolo dialect, from the Tenuta Saiano winery, is a fresh wine with gentle tannins and a medium-bodied structure, a unique feature compared to the namesake wines of the area. Its grapes are gently pressed and fermented using indigenous yeasts, then aged in cement tanks for 8 months. The ruby red glass hints at a rustic nose, with aromas of small red fruits and balsamic hints.
