The Saumur-Champigny by Domaine des Roches Neuves is a red wine obtained from Cabernet Franc grapes and comes from the Loire Valley. At the sight it is clear and transparent with an intense ruby color that introduces the olfactory analysis: hints of red currant, blueberries and raspberries are surrounded by balsamic puffs, almost mentholated, and by details of aromatic herbs.
