The “Clos du Mouline” by Domaine des Roches Neuves is a Chenin Blanc from the Western Loire Valley that expresses character and body richness. It has an elegant straw color that leaves some golden nuance, revealing a good complexity to the nose with hints of Golden apple, honey and linden flowers with candied orange and a slight spice of aniseed. The taste is full and concentrated, supported by a direct and mineral freshness. Wine made with old style artisanal methods
