The Sauvignon from Domaine Guillaman is a delicate and fragrant wine from the French Southwest, a lesser-known area but of great value and winemaking history. The pressing takes place under inert gas, a technology that maximizes the preservation of freshness and fragrance. On the nose, it is intense and lively, with a dominant note of melon and citrus. On the palate, there is a good volume, the sip is very fruity and fresh, with a lively finish. Ideal for pairing with a sea bream ceviche
