Sauvignon 'Brinz' Radiz is a wine of great elegance that blends South Tyrolean tradition with the typical varietal notes of the grape in every sip. Born in the hills of Cornaiano, it expresses the strength and purity of a unique terroir, characterised by clayey and gravelly soils of morainic origin. On the nose, it opens with an enchanting vegetal freshness of sage, nettle and tomato leaf, mingled with citrus notes. On the palate, it is vibrant and energetic, with a precious savoury-mineral matrix that enhances its drinkability
