The Sauvignon by Elena Walch is a fresh, fragrant and vibrant white wine, vinified only in steel. It has a rich and slightly vegetal bouquet, with citrus, exotic fruit, sage and other aromatic herbs. The palate is mineral, savory, refreshing and quite persistent.
