The Sauvignon "Pepi" is a white wine of excellent balance that takes its name from the initials of the locations where it is produced: Penon and Pinzon, at 450 meters above sea level. After an aging of 8 months in large barrels, it reveals freshness, softness, and minerality that enhance a delicate and intense aromatic profile of citrus, fruit, and aromatic herbs.
