The Sauvignon "Vie" from the famous San Patrignano winery is a fresh and delicate white wine that perfectly accompanies appetizers or light meals. The namesake grapes are harvested from vineyards facing east towards the Adriatic Sea, and maturation takes place in steel tanks for 5 months. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections, and the aromas released recall sage, tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, and citrus sensations. The sip is light, agile, crunchy, mineral, and with a savory finish.
