The Schiava “Kolbenhofer” by Hofstatter is a fresh and light red wine from Alto Adige, vinified and aged in steel. Aromas of berries and almonds enliven a smooth, expressive and pleasant sip. Ideal to drink with cold cuts, delicate white meats or spicy fish dishes.
