"Sensuade" from the Santa Barbara winery is a rosé wine from the Marche region born from an idea that emerged during a dinner among friends of the producer. It is composed of a blend of Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, Vernaccia di Pergola, and Moscato Rosso which, after being carefully selected and processed, age for a few months in steel tanks. The color is bright pale pink, reminiscent of grapefruit flesh, and on the nose, notes of small red berry fruit and wildflowers resonate. The taste is fresh, fruity, balanced, and has a clean and slightly savory finish.
