The Sevuk Red Dry from Armenia Wines is a lively and characterful red wine from Armenia, perfect for traveling with the mind and palate. This label is made with two local grapes, Areni and Kakhet, and aged for a few months in steel tanks. The ruby red color introduces aromas of blackcurrant and spices, while the palate is filled with a soft, enveloping, rich, and balanced sip.

The Sevuk Red Dry by Armenia Wine is produced in Armenia, the area where vitis vinifera was first cultivated in history before arriving in the Eastern Mediterranean and Greece. The winery was founded in 2006 from the union of the Vardanyan and Mkrtchyan families, sharing a love for their homeland and the world of winemaking. Today, the activity is cutting-edge and has received numerous international awards for the undisputed quality of the products placed on the market.

The indigenous grapes Areni and Kakhet of the Sevuk Red Dry by Armenia Wine come from vineyards located between 900 and 1000 meters above sea level and grow in a predominantly continental climate with sultry and very hot summers and harsh, snowy winters. The idea is to enhance the surrounding indigenous territory of the vineyard, which is why the work and human intervention in the vineyard are well calibrated and every action is carried out to maintain the natural ecosystem. The grape harvest is manual and there are two weeks of spontaneous fermentation and two weeks of must maceration. It ages for a few months in steel.

The Sevuk Red Dry by Armenia Wine presents itself in the glass with a ruby red color and intense reflections. On the nose, there are hints of black currant, red fruits, and sweet spices on the finish; on the palate, it is sweet, delicate and elegant with lively tannins, but well integrated into the final structure. Excellent when paired with grilled red meats, stewed white meats, and first courses based on seasonal vegetables. A product to have and carefully preserve in your personal cellar to share and enjoy in the glass a unique product of rare quality.
