"La Froscà" is the Soave Classico from the Gini winery that takes its name from the volcanic hill where the Garganega vines of over 90 years of age live. After aging for 8 months between steel and barrique, it tells notes of white fruit, vanilla, tropical scents and intense mineral notes deriving from the type of soil. The sip is balanced and intense, with good freshness and a glycerine calibrated component
